My approach involves employing design industry best practices and understanding what users really need through user research. With the power of user and desk research, I can get a thorough understanding of the problem space. The deliverable is usually the design of a digital product such as software, a website, or an app or a flow that focuses on an improvement within an existing product.

This is what my typical process looks like, for the best results, the designs go through several iterations.

Discover

Gather data and insights about the problem that needs solving. Primary through conducting user interviews.

Define

Narrow down the problem scope and define specific areas of focus. Craft user needs statements as a result.

Develop

Produce lots of low-fidelity ideas and collect feedback from users. Move ahead with the strongest idea.

Deliver

Develop a high-fidelity prototype and test it with users. Iterate from user feedback until an optimal solution.
