Making a positive impact within society is what motivates me as a designer. Being a creative idealist, I want to be able to utilise my skills to make the world a better place.
Applying design thinking is an essential part of what I do. Using my experience in roles ranging from a graphic designer to a user experience designer, I can produce designs that are visually appealing while considering how the functionality of it works around user needs. Being a natural perfectionist, I pay close attention to detail and produce work to high standards.
I would call myself an implementer who wants to gets on with it and create outcomes that solve real-world problems. I have a preference to work in fast-paced environments because I like to keep myself busy with room for iterations and improvements that happens relatively fast.
I enjoy the practical side of work and using my design craft to the fullest. I am also interested in exploring complex issues, especially when they have a personal or moral impact. Using my skills to help achieve sustainable development goals is a long term goal of mine.
I feel deeply in touch with my ideas and emotions, and want a career that allows you to connect with a larger purpose. I believe that enhancing human experiences using design is one step towards problem-solving.
